East End Health Alliance’s Network Participation – Correction

In July, we sent you a notice indicating that our contract with East End Health Alliance (EEHA) terminated on July 15, 2011. We are now within the two month cooling off period, during which fully insured members are able to access EEHA on an in-network basis. The cooling off period ends on September 14, 2011. EEHA hospitals include Eastern Long Island Hospital in Greenport, NY; Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead, NY; and Southampton Hospital in Southampton, NY.

Communications were also sent to fully insured clients and members who may have been affected by the EEHA termination at that time. In those communications, Stony Book University Medical Center was listed as an alternate hospital where members can receive in-network care. Stony Brook University Medical Center does not participate with the Oxford Liberty Network and is considered out-of-network for members enrolled in a Liberty Network plan design. Stony Brook University Medical Center participates with the Oxford Freedom Network Only.

Below is a list of participating hospitals for Liberty Network members in Suffolk County.
