Another “quiet” change to Health Care Reform

The limit on out-of-pocket costs has been delayed on year… very quietly.  The limit was supposed to be a maximum of $6,350 single, $12,700 family including all deductibles and coinsurance.  However, Federal Officials have granted a one-year grace period “to some insurers, allowing them to set higher limits, or no limits” for 2014.  THis allows a group plan to have a $6350 cap on medical, and another on prescriptions.
